COJP Gallery is committed to delivering quality and satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the exclusivity of our merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review your order carefully before you submit it. Size charts are provided for reference but actual sizing of the items may differ slightly. If you have questions about specific sizing or product details, we encourage you to reach out to our support team prior to ordering. 

In the event that you receive a product that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. An investigation will be initiated once we have received your message. We will determine an appropriate solution to the problem including but not limited to accepting a return and providing a full refund. We are unable to accommodate any complaints submitted after the 3 day period. 

If a return is authorized by us, please note that we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
